United States Spots Iraq Moving Missiles South

For the first time, Iraq has moved missiles toward the Kuwaiti border.

United States Spy Satellites detected an undetermined number of launchers and missiles transported from positions south of Baghdad toward the area of Basra, Western Intelligence sources said.

Iraqi military forces are also moving troops and equipment into Northern Iraq in anticpation of military action.

Nine large rocket systems were moved from one town and concealed in a storage depot in the town of Diyala, where a dam is located, the Kurdish Newspaper 'Irbil Brayati' reported last week.

Actually, I think this is a plan to destroy the dam along with oil wells, etc. This guy doesn't want to help his people - I believe he is willing to "scorch the earth" of his country in order to destroy the ability of his countryment to rebuild the country. How pathetically selfish is that.
