Makes one wonder why the Repblicans didn't get together with Democrats and recall the imbarrassment that was Jesse Ventura in Minnesota. They must not have had that provision in their constitution. Oh well, he's been well replaced now.

You could add the Reformers, since IIRC Jesse disavowed that party as well and started his own. He probably p!ssed off more of them than he did from the major parties. They'd have reason to recall him.
But that's mute, not series anymore. Jesse's out and the GOP have their guy in.
According to the Initiative and Referendum Instute, Minnesota is one of the 23 states that have neither initiative nor referendum. Would it surprise you to find that recall of elected officials is also prohibited in the People's Republic of Minnesota?
