Just a thought: an e-mail would probably be better because they have to screen all of the postal mail for anthrax or other toxins.

Excellent idea, WestCoastGal! I will do so from my family.

Thanks for the bump. I really think he could use a lot of support right now!!!! I cannot imagine how difficult every day must be for him. First of all he has to worry about the terrorists and that threat to our country then the war with that madman Saddam, then on top of all that our so called fair weather friends in Europe making a mess of everything.
And finally all those hippie, drug induced scum protesters. Most of them look like bums to me, they have nothing better to do than march in the streets (mayve they are getting paid too). My note to President Bush stated that there are many more of us than them but we have to work and care for our families.
To: WestCoastGal
Thanks, just sent an e-mail to the President about how proud we are of his leadership. All five of my family, my husband, me and my three children have served in either the Army, Air Force, and Marines. We are happy to support such a fine President. We are also proud to have a First Lady such as Mrs. Bush.

There are so many wonderful people who have served this country and we are all thankful for you!!!
What really angered me was seeing Mothers of some Marines at the protest marches on the Los Angeles news and on our local news whining that they didn't want their sons going to war. I guess they thought putting them in the military would either straighten them out (if they were problem children) or that they would get an education, fairly good pay and benefits but never expected they would be called upon to do their duty.
To: WestCoastGal
You bet I will!! I agree wholeheartedly with you! I am SICK of the protesters also. This is a President with moral character that exceeds any I have known in a LONG while.

Oh, a note of support to Tony Blair probably wouldn't hurt either. I sent him one yesterday. I don't have his e-mail address; I used a web form from a web page linked to on another thread somewhere here.
As tough as this is on President Bush, I'm afraid that Tony Blair has it even worse.
