The law firm you are referring to is Fitzgerald & Fitzgerald, P.C. I ride the subway at least five days a week and I have seen the ads too. Tasteless and disgusting. While I have respect for the practice of law, these scumbags prey on those most likely to ride the subway - poor and lower middle class workers.

They do a little bit more then that. Lawyers always try and portray there natural enemies as evil, and there natural enemies are, doctors, and businesses (they do not draw a real distinction between big and small business). They play games of jealousy and envy, and on victimhood, not to mention race, if it can help. Don't forget, McGreevy's top aid told a newspaper that if the docs slowed down "they protest monday, and then play golf tuesday".
