Ten years after that... (I guess Biopreparat was a Reagan contrivance as well. Gee, keep stocks of lethal microbes in case the "well meaning" Soviets "accidentally" had a release of said microbes, or destroy them, and have no way to generate a cure. Would there be any smallpox antiserum today if Reagan kowtowed to the Soviets?
