Will the Jet City Fix, or the owner who paid them to perform in public, get a bill for these services?

I don't know. But, I do remember some poor soul who got a bill from the NPS for starting a forest fire because the trailer he was towing had a flat tire which caught on fire and ignited several brush fires. I think he was billed close to a million dollars but I didn't hear what happened to that case.
