Second:"Under Saskatchewan's Human Rights Code, Hugh Owens of Regina, Saskatchewan, was found guilty along with the newspaper, the Saskatoon StarPhoenix, of inciting hatred and was forced to pay damages of 1,500 Canadian dollars to each of the three homosexual men who filed the complaint.
Third:"The Court of Queen's Bench in Saskatchewan upheld that ruling 2001 ruling by the province's human rights tribunal that fined a man for submitting a newspaper ad that included citations of four Bible verses that address homosexuality. "
There's only one conclusion to be drawn here. You are forbidden to express anything, except that which is neutral, or positive regarding homosexualaity in Canada. Furthermore the Canadian government's tribunal is the only authority on the matter. No mention of any of the Biblical content, or references to the content can be made. Not even in code, 'cause you might offend that special class of people and actions that the Canadian govm't is doing their damndest to promote.
