Below you will find a message that prompt me to come back to all of you for future consideration. Mr. Lyons does not show up in the top 100 yahoo searches as a filmmaker of any distinction; yielding only one possible hit. People who produce documentaries aren't shy, or are they? Maybe he's just a White Sox fan who borrowed the name to contact us. Maybe he's trolling for a weak link... who knows... who cares. But I thought you might have some thoughts on how we should handle these requests.
I tend to say no to most television shows like Sally Jesse, ABC PrimeTime Thursday, Jeraldo and Jenny Jones when it comes to stories from my other website CrimeWatch.us. Is that a mistake in our venue here? Any pros want to take on the task with input from the rest of us? Can we trust a guy who can't spell terrorism? I told him the ball was in his court... who has a great back-hand if he returns it.

Subject: Documentary
Hi, my name is Ross Lyons. I'm a filmmaker in Chicago, currently shooting
a documentary on America's views on war with Iraq and terroism. I need to
film some pro-war rallies and interview participants. If you know of any
rallies, especially in the chicago area, I would appreciate their dates and
whereabouts. Thankyou.
Sincerely,
Ross Lyons
Before we can even begin a conversation and on behalf of my friends, I need
to make a point with you. You will not find one person in our ranks, who is
"Pro-War". You have come to the wrong website (patriotwatch.com)
to find such a heartless and uncaring group of human beings if they exist at all.
Ross, I'm exercising great restraint in our first conversation because I
appreciate your interest in achieving some balance in your documentary
effort. I'm just one small voice with a few communication and networking
skills to offer a professional in your position. But if you begin a story
on the wrong premise, what kind of story, let alone balance, will you end up
with. Yes, I think we're equipped to introduce you to some fine Americans
who support a strong deterrence to the threat Saddam poses to his own
people, the region, our allies and here at home. If we can work from that
perspective, you'll have all the resource I can make available to you.
The ball is in your court and thank you for your interest.
