Note that their stockpile of vaccine will be completed by March--and we know from your earlier article, piasa, that they started innoculating their doctors in January--so that's probably completed.
When the administration says they expect a new resolution soon, maybe they know that the German position has only been temporary until the stockpile is completed. Maybe these guys have been playing Rope-A-Saddam...
