I'm trying to separate the Illinois from 2nd amendment. If you'd like only one or the other, or on/off alltogether, FRmail me.

It's probably unfair to accuse Mr. Bowman of not understanding the 2nd amendment, since it apparently doesn't enter into his analysis of Daley's proposals.
His portrayal of non-hunting shooters as "crackpots" is absurd, but unfortunatly widespread. He fails to realize they'll be coming for his firearms just as soon as they've solved the "assault rife" and handgun problems. You'll note he writes a column and does a radio show, he's probably worth well thought our E Mail.

The Daley restrictions on police officers ban possession of .50 cal weapons, including BLACKPOWDER.
Bowman should realize Daley isn't about to allow weapons used for "nice" pursuits like hunting.

If ever a crackpot, by his own definition, was the defintive "gun nut," this pukey craphead is surely it!
And, for his and other similar gun nuts' edification, Our Constitution's Second Amendment is totally focused on self defense and nowhere mentions "hunting!"

I'd like to see this "hunter" attend a service rifle competition. In fact, I'd like to challenge this guy to a service rifle competition showdown, I bet like most holier than thou hunters he can't hit the broadside of a barn at 600 yards.
