All environmentalists' lawsuits filed after permits are issued should be denied and dismissed out of hand. That's what killed nuke power plants. Lawsuits after permits were issued.

Say, isn't this anti-lawsuit manuveur the same thing Dashchle did in South Dakota? Where were the "This is Anti-American" crowd then? Arizona Pard says, "Gotcha! Weasels."

Congress approved a $397.4 billion spending bill Thursday $397.4 billion, do these people even comprehend the meaning of money anymore? The government is completley out of control.

"pre-drilling" Bump
To: farmfriend
The legislation funds "pre-drilling" in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska, bars environmental lawsuits over reissuing permits for the trans-Alaska oil pipeline, Glad to hear the envirowhackos are getting clobbered with their own tactics.
During the Clintoon years, a neighbor of mine was served with a huge $10 million bill to PERSONALLY repair environmental damage caused by--get this--a disposal company that his company had hired 20 years previously to haul away industrial chemical waste. The disposal company had dumped it in a lake several states away and was now out of business, so the gubmint came after customers of the violating disposal company, as if they had anything whatsoever to do ro say about where the chemicals got dumped. Along with the unjust $10 million bill came a notice signed by Janet Reno prohibiting lawsuits or appeals.
My neighbor, a World War II flying ace with two Distinguished Flying Crosses, who funded 20 full-tuition scholarships annually (for American citizens ONLY) at his state university engineering school, was almost in tears. "After I all I did for this country..." I hope his expensive attorneys managed to get him off the hook before he died a couple of years later.

"Tom Lee of Juneau said the provision to block wilderness appeals takes the public's voice away."Not the public's voice, Tommy, your envirowackos' voice. And if you don't like it, you can vote for new reps next election.

Hey what do you do with the mailing from the enviromental and wilderness out fits asking for money and have postage paid return envelopes? I stuff the envelopes with all of the material sent(i cut and tear to get it all in and on the reply form i tell what i think of their tripe.). This helps to increase their postage bill.
