Hey what do you do with the mailing from the enviromental and wilderness out fits asking for money and have postage paid return envelopes? I stuff the envelopes with all of the material sent(i cut and tear to get it all in and on the reply form i tell what i think of their tripe.). This helps to increase their postage bill.

Not sure what pre-drilling means but there is a lot of things that need to be done prior to drilling. So maybe this gets it started..... Things like seismic work, enviormental, land descriptions, legal, regulations, etc......

I kind of think that's what they really mean.About how long does "seismic work" etc take? I think I remember you saying last year that it takes approximately 6 months? But at least it's a start.Thank goodness!

Now how did this slip thru Congress, especially the Senate?

I would suspect spending increases in the California Tattoo Removal program, Farm Welfare, et. al.

Music to my ears here in Wasilla, Alaska. As soon as we get these wells on line the sooner we can kiss the America hating ragheads and their oil good bye. Besides the Caribou herds would probably increase just like they did after the pipeline was completed. Too many kalifornicrats here, need to do some thinning out so we can grow more moose.
