I don't purchase french items anymore, not the cheese, not the wine.... what the hell is the "peuvent" and "fautre"?

I will never buy from the French again, not the cheese nor the wine. They can all go _____. (In other words, I don't know what "fautre" is either. But I know it's bad. :-)
