Point taken and while I agree he is decent, have nothing against him personally, that particular question did not get to the facts of what is going on.

The Homeland Security funding bashing of President Bush is a well planned operation that the dims plotted out right after President Bush told Lott to get it passed.

Town after town, city after city have passed resolutions against war in Iraq, part of the plan. The dims want more funding from the tax payers to these cities and states, because after campaign finance was reformed the dims are hurting in getting money. What better way to cash in money from the Feds sent to their mayors and governors to get out the vote in next election.
