There should be no restriction on concealed carry. The 2nd amendment provides no if, and, or but. It gives every citizen the right to bear arms.

I agree that there should be no restriction.

However, the Second Amendment does not "give" anything. It prohibits the government from infringing the pre-existing, unalienable, Creator-endowed right to keep and bear arms.
