7. a kind of deep-seated confidence, that things can and utlimately turn out rignt, and "right" by Someone with standards for His creation that are higher and greater than we could devise or concoct -- that includes that there is dependable and measurable order in the universe, which allows the scientific process to function -- it also includes confidence that there are answers and ways of using science to express and apply the Lord's care for each other.
