Which is exactly what you are talking about, with a minor name change.
I am clear about where my "creative intelligence" (which may be admittedly small) came from. If you prefer to be made (evolved) in the image of an ape, this is America.
The genome project, mans most recent area of investigation into living mechanisms, is clearly disputing your positions. More and more biologists, chemists, physicists, mathematicians and information scientists involved are cogently describing the engineering complexity that was oblivious to Darwin.
You will begin to see more and more scientists jumping to the Intelligent Design bandwagon as further discoveries are revealed. The Liberal Arts segment of academia can vehemently deny God, but fortunately the Scientific segment can only resist the truth of the facts for so long without violating their scientific conscience.
The people who believe this don't have a clue how scientists think.
Oh, yeah, sure. But I can wait to see that for myself. Why can't you?
Who's going to make those discoveries, since ID, by the admission of its own promoters, does not have a research program, not even a set of research topics or guidelines?
What exactly is ID trying to discover, and what lines of research would you suggest to achieve these discoveries? What kind of experiments would you like to see done?
