Sorry, that doesn't make sense. If something is infinitely more complex than something else then it is infinitely complex.
And btw, the amino acids don't look that complex to me.

So are you saying that all ife on earth is an example of self organization?

I'm just saying we should stick to natural explanations and not resort to supernatural ones. So yes, I think that self-organization is an important factor in the origin of life.
