I´m still wondering about your jurisdiction. And you´re sure you won´t join ICC? I mean, you can sue the judges or the grand-grand-...sons of the judges for having taken freedom of your citizen ... or better: for having taken freedom of foreign citizen! ;-)

Michael, it would be unconstitutional. Our constitution was written to escape domination. We can not let our country be subject to other countries laws, including the UN.
Just in case you ask about an amendment it would take 2/3 rd to even take it up for consideration. After that each State would have to vote individually on any amendment issue. Quite a hard Task.
