Christ is the New Covenant, replacing the Old while fulfilling it's law and requirements for holiness and righteousness (in His death and resurrection).

I do not dispute what the Word says, what it does not say is that repentence is not required.
And concomitant with repentance is forgiving all of our fellow man. And if we do not, He will say, "Depart from me, I never knew you." Someone else's sin is in actuality strictly between that person and God (as David got right, when he said, "Against You and You only have I sinned.")
