Was the 17th Amendment an unconstitutional amendment? Article V of the Constitution does not allow constitutional amendments that deprive a state of its equal representation in the Senate without the state's consent. Did the 17th Amendment deprive states that did not ratify of their equal representation without their consent?

check this out its time to end the 17th Amendment.


Among the concerns expressed by all about the damage caused by the 17th it is clear that the best understood harm is the fact that within the lawmaking body of Congress the form of government has been altered from a Republican form to a Democratic form. What is not so universally understood is that;
