I want to sincerely thank Luis and Enrique for their contribution to this thread. My intent was to honor those Americans lost in our fight against terror while looking forward to what lies ahead and offering our enduring support of those that stand in harms way for us at home.

We are a brave and mighty nation. We have veterans and current military to thank for our freedoms and our safety.

My hope is that this thread, while pausing to honor those lost, moves forward today in the great tradition of Free Republics USO Canteen in offering support and sharing our appreciation and thanks to those currently serving our country.

May God Protect them and Bless them all.
