2/15, High Noon, Fresno, California: Counter-protest Tower District anti-war "Peace March" rally

Anti-war "Peace March" protest in the Tower District to counter tomorrow:

I suggest we meet at about 11:30 to 11:45 Saturday morning in the parking lot across from their rally point. Then we can counter them from across Olive Ave. Bring flags, signs, bullhorns, cameras, videocams, etc. At the end of their rally, we can drive up Van Ness Ave and wait for them at the corner of Weldon and Van Ness near the FCC Campus. Wouldn't want their little "Peace March" to go uncountered.

Just a reminder: we were at peace before 9/11. The terrorists started this thing, but, God willing, we're gonna end it! Peace does not come without a price. Neither does Freedom!

Good luck and hope everything goes well today.

Would everyone please take a moment to think of the men and women of law enforcement who have to put up with the "peaceful" war protesters all over the world today? They have my thanks. I hope they have a non eventful and safe day.

Don't forget that the last "peace" protest had a group of terrorists dressed in black break off from the main group and commit vandalism. I think some were arrested. By the time the police got there to stop them, many were gone. Why the thousands of their fellow "citizen" protesters couldn't help stop them is anyone's guess.

I wonder if cities like New York can afford the overtime to man this protest. Most probably not but what choice do they have?

I'd like to bump this thread and give my heartfelt apology to all especially the protesters.
On this and other threads, I have been under the mistaken impression that the leftists were conducting anti US rallies today. I have come to realize that these liberals are instead throwing a huge going away party for their best friend, Saddam Hussein.

So to the left and liberals I say, as much as I hate him, I can't deny you his good bye party. Doing such seems like sour grapes and makes me seem small and petty.

Good friends don't come along often and it can be really painful when they've gone. Please cheer up. Not to mock your pain, but there are plenty of dictators who are almost as vile and murderous as Saddam. I'm sure one of them will be glad to win Saddam's place in your heart. But I do realize that nothing will ever take Saddam's place for you. Especially because not many of them are billionaires like Saddam. So I would like to join with these protesters in saying, "Bon Voyage Saddam". See, we can agree on something.

I hope everyone will accept this sincere apology.
