South Korea's foreign ministry said Pyongyang now has a "window of opportunity" to resolve the standoff, warning that the UN Security Council would not tolerate defiance.

After what I watched and heard from the UN today, somehow this statement rings a bit hollow.

Is it any wonder that N. Korea has thrown the UN IAEA inspection process out of the country?
