They haven't said anything further, and went to a story on heart attacks.
To: Julliardsux
Oh, well, that makes me feel better.
To: Julliardsux

Doing story now.
To: Julliardsux
If Saddam wants to avert war what's needed is not an empty declaration but actual and verifiable disarmament on the ground by his regime. To date that hasn't happened. This is mere propaganda from Saddam designed to stave off the inevitable but it won't work. Its time for a regime change in Baghdad NOW.

France and Germany look like fools getting jerked around by Saddam.

Unfortunately, this was his second proclamation of the day, following his proclamation that today was opposite day.

(sarcasm alert) Whew... thats a relief. We all know Saddam is a truthful man, a man without pretense or deception, so if he says WMD are now illegal what right do we have to question him???
Yes this paper declaration by the Saddamites undoubtedly means "Peace in Our Time" !!!!
Wait a minute, haven't we heard that one before???
To: Julliardsux
I guess that's it, We can all sleep well now, we can bring our boys & equipment home now, Saddam has finally come around, SHEEESH that was a close one < /sarcasm >
Why would Saddam issue a proclamation about his WMD's? I thought Saddam didn't have any weapons of mass destruction

Oh! Goody! Couple this news with North Korea's promise circa 1994 to swear off Nukes and suddenly the world is a very safe place.
Well, time to take down my shrinkwrap from around the house ...

And isn't it ironic that Diane Sawyer is the one to make this monstrously unimportant announcement.
"The worst thing about weapons of mass destruction is that I just got my hair done."
To: Julliardsux
on FOX news, they said it prohibits the importation of WMD into iraq. whew.

Any bets on how long it takes for the poodles and the pig-dogs to claim this as a victory??

Saddam just issued proclamation against (choose one from the list below)
weapons of mass destructionmulitple choice
a. using
b. being a target of
c. disclosing and/or destroying
d. selling
e. none of the above
To: glock rocks
So now Saddam will go out (ahead of Inspector Blix) and "find" some WMD sites himself. "Mon Dieu", he will say. "I had no idea these vermin were brewing such evil in my country". Then he throws them in jail. Case solved. Crisis over. (At least that's the way the Weasels will see it).
