Explain to me this: if white "youts" are so anxious for these great jobs, why do you have "help wanted" ads at EVERY fast food restaurant---some paying $10 per hour? I know in our suburb of Dayton, they bus in innercity black kids to do these jobs. But there are still help wanted posters up, permanently
