Don't think.... just watch, that is if you can stand to. I can't stand to watch the pontificators. You are thinking of the one Senator type like Strom did.... But as long as any Senator wishes to be recognized then they call the question...... I guess they could essentially just have the Senate open with no one talking, Dem or Rep.
