Liberal Democrats do NOT want Blacks or Hispanics to become successful on their own. If only the Black and Hispanic populations could see this reality they would no longer support Democrats. Except all those living off welfare programs themselves aren't looking to become successful on their own so they'll gladly support Democrats who promise them more confiscated taxpayer money.
