Donahue wants to go out with good ratings.

I have long thought Miller was a Liberal Idiot, who mindlessly marched to the tune and drum beat of the Hollywood establishment. I also never paid attention to him in the last few years, because of this.
I was quite surprised when I caught an interview of him a week or so ago. I forget now what show it was (O'Reilly, Hardball, King?). I was quite surprised that he he has turned conservative, supports the war and had good things to say about Bush.
It may be interesting to watch.

Ha. You should have seen Miller on the Tonight Show about two weeks ago. What a surprise! What a rant! Fabulous.

What is surprising is what turned Miller around: school choice. He saw that Libs opposed it for no good reason, and this is what started him thinking that maybe Conservatives were right. he has gone on from there.

I will be looking forward to both shows.
In case Dennis reads FR,"Keep speaking out Dennis, we are with you." About time someone had the "guts",I was going to use another term, Go Dennis, Go James Woods.

I'm convinced that Miller's HBO series was cancelled because of his weekly Hillary bashing. Just days before the cancellation was announced, he had gone off on a Hillary rant which was REALLY brutal. I miss him. He had a lot of conservatives on as guests, and he enthusiastically supported Bush's War on Terrorism.

Are you confusing Miller with Bill Maher? No it was Miller. The old SNL news guy and washout on MNF.
However, in thinking about it I may have overstated the case when I said:
I was quite surprised that he he has turned conservative
A more clear wording would have been:
I was surprised to hear him spouting his support of some conservative viewpoints. I am sure he is still very liberal in other areas.

On now. Dennis Miller is twitching and looks like he's ready to tear Phil head's off. He's doing a great job.

Phil is looking like a complete idiot. Let him keep talking. He's talking himself right off the air.

Miller has been a fairly consistent conservative voice in Hollywood for several years; he dissed Clinton non-stop.
And that's why he doesn't have a show anymore.
To: ibbryn
I never thought of Dennis as supporting our Conservative views, BUT....he's doing a fair job of rebutting the DROOLING Donawho on almost every point...
HATED him on MNF...NEVER watched him after the first two games...

He should ask Donahue "Phil is that really your hair or is it ash from when your brain went into meltdown?"
