Hate to leave the guys out.
The study listed Lavender and pumpkin pie as the odour combination that caused the greatest increase in penile blood flow, about 40 per cent increase. Second, was doughnut and black licorice by 32 per cent, followed by pumpkin pie and doughnut by 20 per cent, and orange by 19 per cent. The ordours that produced the least effect were cranberry, pink grapefruit, chocolate, floral, and baby powder.
Alternatively for women, the odour that produced the greatest effect in vaginal blood flow for women were "Good and Plenty" and cucumber by 13 per cent, baby powder by 13 per cent, lavender and pumpkin pie by 11 per cent, baby powder and chocolate by 4 per cent.
The odours that were found to be the greatest inhibition to women were cherry by -18 per cent and charcoal barbeque meat by -14 per cent. No inhibitions were found for men.
Hirsch says he was surprised to not find chocolate, a food thought to increase sexual response for women, was not high on the list.

No inhibitions were found for men. I hope they didn't spend much money on that part of the study.
