Woody the problem is that you won't find a newspaper that will print it in the United States. Its economics. Its not government censorship. While the newspaper would get complaints, if you were to take out the same ad in the United States you would not be in danger of facing a VIABLE lawsuit. It would get thrown out at the first hearing. Even with a Clinton appointee.

I will charitably agree with you that it would be difficult to get your ad printed. However, granting that you can get it in print, the goal of the groups bringing suit is not to "win" per se, but to silence you. I think that you would find the SF crowd incredibly hostile.
