Maybe Mr. Estrada should just say those legal briefs he wrote while working for the Solicitor General will be found in Hitlery's closet in a couple of years. Actually, I do really wonder...just WHAT do the Dims think is IN those papers? Do they think they had to do with Election 2000 going to the Supreme Court when the SG argued for W's case?

Ain't that the truth. Got paid millions.

Thanks for FR -- otherwise we'd all be out somewhere right now committing various acts of civil disturbance to work off our RAGE at that woman.
And then we'd be looking for bail money.

Do they think they had to do with Election 2000 going to the Supreme Court when the SG argued for W's case? Now come on, do you realy think the dems would try to use the 2000 election against GW?

Just called the Republican cloakroom and left a message that as a voting republican I expect all the 51 republican senators grow a spine and stand up to these $$$%$%#$#$ rats.
I then called the Democrats cloakroom and gave them a piece of my mind. Since I left a piece of my mind in Nelson's office, another piece in Graham's office, a third piece in the republican cloakroom and the rest in the democratic cloakroom, I guess I am now mindless. AAAARRRRRGGGGG.

When that went to the Supreme Court, Ted Olson wasn't the Solicitor General. He was a private citizen.
Whatever Estrada wrote during his time as assistant SG had nothing to do with that case.
However, he did express opinions, I am sure, on many cases that came up during Clinton's term. Those were internal memos and no one's business.
However, my question is this: If Estrada was an assistant SG during the Clinton Administration, how is it that the Clintons don't know what he was about? Were they not paying attention? Apparently so!

ROFLMAO! That's one of the funniest things I've read on FR in years!
To: OXENinFLA
Sen. Conrad Burns: "He deserves a vote, up or down...and that's the end of that. Simple."
"It matters a great deal that the laws of the land are properly judged and adjudicated."
(Everything I've read about and heard from Miguel tells me that "he understands one little word in the English language that is very important to everyone of us here..and the word is "fair."
"Not one person in the United States Senate has been denied access to this floor."
Hillary vs. Burns: a difference between night and day!
