I can't belive I just read your entire post and took notes. This world has come to a hell I never wanted to imagine me or my family living in. I am literally being told by my government to stock up on supplies in case of a bio or radio attack.
Yet the easiest way to help prevent this is not happening...close the fucking borders.
During the Cold War we didn't even have the option of saying "close the borders". That's an improvement!
