They never hit anything but soft targets because they don't have the courage to fight like men. They are murderers playing "soldier", common thugs who only attack those they deem defenseless.

Yes. My point was that by always choosing soft targets, they maximize death and destruction. Though they pretend to be an "army" fighting for some great cause, they fight without honor, which makes them nothing more than common murderers.
