Perhaps now is a good time to point out that MUD is far from a professional voice...LOL!! I'm certainly not the next Bocelli or Pavarotti, but yes, I will sing almost anything (it's the quality of the singing that I'm working on now...LOL!!) I'm reading a book about Lynyrd Skynyrd right now by a good friend of his and the writer readily admits that Ronnie Van Zandt never had the greatest voice, "But That Boy Could Sing His A$$ OFF!!"
I put out three 60-minute cassettes from '98 'til '00 and Landru, PKM, and AuntB all got copies...so it'd be interesting to hear their perspective on my singing ability...LOL!! None of the songs on those 3 cassettes ever took a second take, and I was using a cheap boombox that I bought fer $100 and a $9.99 Wal-Mart microphone and simply overdubbed my voice in place of the original lyrics, but hopefully, they will attest to my passion when singing about Lib'rals in general and Slick Willie in particular...LOL!!
Of course, I've had 2-3 years of playing with the band now, so my voice is much better than it was, but it's not nearly as good as it shall become!!
