This is how I see it. Before any UN troops can go in there needs to be a vote of the security counsel of which we are members and hold a veto. Secondly, what UN troops?

Here is a question .. did Saddam agree to troops?

I think we know the answer to that. I'm sure he would in about a year or so but the UN is really a long long way from actually considering or even asking Sadam if he wouldn't mind too much.
