I think that she was a lesbo in the movie and she got mad because she had a kissing scene with a woman and it was cut out of the movie. I may be wrong, but I think I read that somewhere.

Not in a Bond film, although that sort of thing was used to tease the Scooby Doo movie if you remember. Google found this for me:

Something else that was cut was Madonna as a lesbian fencing instructor getting a little bit hot with the other Bond babe, played by Rosamund Pike. But Tamahori snipped those scenes himself. "I shot some moments with Madonna giving Rosamund little touches, but I didn't want to turn the film into a male fantasy thing," he says. Translation: We had no intention of putting it in the movie, but we wanted it to make all the rounds in the early buzz.

If it were really a serious part of the movie it would be in the DVD. Betcha it ain't.
