Esteemed members of the jury, I stand before you, with bowed head and shattered heart, in silent mourning, filled with anger and pain.

It is not much more than two years since the Oslo War was forced on Israel, and close to a thousand of my brethren have been added to the ever-growing list of murdered Jews. Thousands of others have been wounded and forever mutilated.

I stand here as the emissary of thousands of orphans, whose voices are not heard by those I am about to accuse. I bow my head while my country, bleeding profusely, buries its young children, buries its fathers and mothers -- lives snuffed out at the hands of people who are the devil incarnate.

And as the blood of my brethren, the blood of my children, screams from the earth that has swallowed so many of them, I raise my finger to point at and single out those whom I accuse of formulating and fostering the ongoing genocide of my people.

First and foremost, I accuse you, Shimon Peres, of being the architect of my deepening tragedy. Your fevered mind conjured up the Oslo Accords, the sinister formula that exploded into the Oslo War, Israel`s black nightmare of death and destruction.

I accuse you of not only birthing, but also of lovingly nurturing, this tragedy, which you did in the face of all the dire predictions regarding Oslo’s inevitable consequences.

I accuse you, Mr. Peres, of supplying my enemies with their weapons, the very tools with which they kill my parents and turn my children into orphans; and of daring to treat the dead and wounded as " korbanot hashalom" -- necessary, acceptable and unavoidable sacrifices made in the name of your false prophecy.

I accuse you of having wasted countless hours, numerous meetings, and untold speeches in defense of my bitter enemy, your friend and partner, the murderer Arafat.

I accuse you, Mr. Peres, of false pretense and transparent personal ambition at the expense of my country; of trampling on your responsibility as a leader in Israel by representing a foreign and dangerous entity.

I accuse you of undermining the very fabric of our existence as a nation by foisting on us a tragedy of barely fathomable size and magnitude -- one that only continues to grow and spread.

I accuse you of fostering the twin poisons of terrorism and anti-Semitism through your benevolence toward my tormentor and your despicable indifference to the dire consequences of this spreading venom.

I accuse you, former prime minister Ehud Barak; and you, former defense Minister Binyamin Ben Eliezer; and you, Yossi Sarid and Yossi Beilin and Chaim Ramon and Ranan Cohen and all the other instigators, architects and supporters of the Oslo accords, for never budging from your misguided assertion that the Oslo Tragedy is the best and only resolution to the Islamists’ ongoing war of extermination against the Jews.

I accuse you of encouraging the enemy to pursue his sworn goal of destroying Israel and annihilating the Jews by your abandonment of the settlers and your comparison of them to the vile, marauding killers you support.

I accuse you of unrelentingly demanding concessions and restraint in face of the ongoing terror; of wearing blinders and sealing your lips even as the blood of your brothers flows like water.

I accuse you of turning upside down the meaning of brotherhood as you continue to lend a comforting hand to my brothers` tormentors.

I accuse you, the Israeli media, of constantly twisting your stories in order to cultivate an atmosphere of hatred; of reporting the news in a manner whereby Israel is portrayed as the world`s leper and the IDF as a pitiless aggressor.

I accuse you, Peace Now and Meretz and Women in Black and all the other left-wing appeasers, with treasonous slander as you obscenely accuse our soldiers of doing wrong when they defend Jews.

I accuse you of blindness, arrogance and detachment from reality for decrying the unwillingness of the majority of my countrymen to lay down and die.

I accuse you, Prime Minister Tony Blair, and you, the UN and the European Community, of being willing participants in the fraud perpetrated by the Islamic world against my country in particular and Jews in general.

I accuse the UN in particular of lending unwavering comfort to the murderers of my people; of hosting and supporting Durban meetings where flags of hate and bigotry fly side by side with that of the organization sworn to protect and defend.

I accuse the UN of attempting to throw me to the wolves and attacking my every effort at thwarting such attempts; of holding me to a hypocritical double standard while remaining coldly indifferent to the sufferings of my people.

I accuse you, the Vatican, of resurrecting -- by your silence when Arabs murder Jews and

indignation when Jews fight back -- your tacit and participatory collaboration with the Final Solution. I accuse you of allowing the Inquisition`s infamous auto-da-fe to be gruesomely reborn in its Islamist format of homicide bombers.

Last but not least, I accuse you, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, of reneging on your vow to restore security, wipe out terrorism and preserve our way of life and self-esteem.

I accuse you, Mr. Sharon, of associating and uniting with the very people you (correctly) blamed for creating the Oslo Tragedy. I accuse you of turning your back on those who supported you in your political climb. I accuse you of bartering the lives of the patriotic settlers in exchange for a dangerous and unreliable “Road Map” designed to dismantle my country.

I accuse you, Mr. Sharon, of undermining the National Camp, perhaps fatally, by giving your stamp of approval to the idea of a “Palestinian” state -- this after you spent a lifetime decrying the very notion of a “Palestinian” people.

Members of the jury, I rest my case. The above stand guilty as charged.◙

Arabs run through the streets in an orgasmic frenzy yelling "God is Great Kill the Jews God is Great Kill the Jews." Meanwhile, the Israelis are admonished by the French the English the Americans the Russians the Germans!!! their own leaders to practice restraint, lest they get the Arabs REALLY angry.
