When the 60's LIBERALS filled schools of "education" and graduated to the classroom with worthless degrees to experiment on kids and unsuspecting parents smiled as they came home with bumper stickers exclaiming their children's excellence, that's when education went to hell in a hand basket. Testing and dumbing down is the chicken hatched from that egg.

This is only the Dems fault.

But they beat the GOP over its head with accusations that their screams of "where are you spending all that money?" show they don't care. Polls used by both parties show people TRUST Democrats to do more for education. They've done plenty to create a system but they've destroyed U.S. public education.

This is bureaucracy at its best. Heads should roll.

Yes they should but instead we're left with generations of empty-headed Americans that believe in global warming, who can use condoms, think America has for too long a time bullied the world, that capitalism is destroying societies, and know they have reached their zenith when they are selected to appear on the Jerry Springer Show.

Teachers from Philippines arrive in Boston to teach math and science***'We have an obligation to children to find the best math teachers we can find, wherever we can find them,'' he said.

At first it seemed as though the Philippine teachers wouldn't make it. Bureaucratic problems with obtaining visas for the teachers delayed their arrivalfor several weeks. US Representative Michael Capuano and Senator Edward M. Kennedy, both Massachusetts Democrats, worked with the Immigration and Naturalization Service to speed up the process.

''Their arrival means that a significant number of students will be able to get the good education they need and deserve,'' Kennedy said in a statement welcoming the teachers.

The teachers left the Philippines for Los Angeles Friday, stayed a night, and came to Boston yesterday afternoon. The district chartered a bus to take them to dinner at the Seaport Bar and Grille in South Boston, and then to their apartments in Quincy. Orientation for some begins today.

A California recruiting company, Universal Agency, helped pay for the teachers' flights and arrange their housing.

Looking rumpled after the long flight, the teachers waded through a throng of reporters and cameras to hug officials from the district and Universal Agency. Some left behind families to come to the United States, but they said they planned to send money back home - a big motivation for some of the teachers.***

<< When schools started being named JFK HIGH or MLK HIGH all the schools went down hill. Dumb down to get the [Source of other peoples confiscated wealth and the accompanying unearned and absolutely-corrupting power] passed to the next grade. >>

The fact this is even being discussed spells the end for decades of Roosefelt and Post-Roosefelt Era "DemocRATic" potty theft, looting and lying.

Miami's and New York's schools and the entire states of California New York and Louisianna; just to name a couple; looted bare -- and the feral-gummint, after decades of control of its books and its spending by the vast criminal enterprises we call the "DemocRATS" and if its corrupt bookkeeping practices are exposed and set aside -- around Fifty Trillion Dollars in debt.

We adults are now in charge and enough of us are United States Of America's Founding-Law-Loving, Tenet-Observing, God-Fearing Christian and Observant Jewish Constitutionalists that during the next few decades, we shall, at every level, expose and sweep aside the "DemocRATS" parisitical scum gummints and restore the United States Of America's Declaration Of Independence, Constitution and Bill Of Rights and
RESTORE OUR BELOVED FRATERNAL REPUBLIC!

I teach in a highschool that is 5 years old. When it was being built, the construction company went bankrupt (the company was from FLA). They had hispanics finishing it up. The block work looked awful, the roof leaked, nothing worked and it looked like crap. No one in the community said a word.
