Michael Jackson went way beyond the edge. It seems to me that he needs some psycological help.
All of us come into this world perfect babies, at least 90%. Adolesence plays a hormonal trick on us. I had acne when I was young, in the 50s, I still have some minor scarring to this day. As I lived through that time I discovered that I also had a personality. A kind, rough, gentle personna that was the man behind the face. While my face was scarred from acne, I was a person of quality, and person of presence, and a handsome and rugged man.
In high school I chose to be the athlete, the consumate scholar, and a devout conservative in a liberal era. I was a comedian, the life of the party, and a very popular kid in school, the class clown. This all came about because I had the scars of acne. I looked into the mirror every morning and decided that these scars would not hold me back, and they never did. As I got older the scars began to fade, a little. I met a beautiful girl and fell in love with her. I asked her one time what she thought of the scars. She told me that she had never noticed, and she still couldn't see them. She could only see the smile, the brown eyes, the long eyelashes, and the square jaw, and that unique (and as she put it) handsome nose, and the ability of a tough looking man to be as gentle, and loving as I. She saw beyond the scars, she saw the real me.
The problem with these shallow people is that they can't develope the personality that it takes to overcome physical apperance. I was blessed with physical stature, broad shoulders, and a narrow hip. I was also blessed with a rich love of principals, a love of country. It comes out everyday of my life. That is a man's stature, not the face that he has to live with.
I thought once about plastic surgery. The friend that I consulted was the best physician for the job. He said, don't do this! I've thanked him for the last 20 years. Being a friend, and a surgeon that has suffered from acne, and never had it fixed, he told me the story. He saves people's faces, he operates on people that don't need surgery, he knew. Your beauty is not on your face, it is in you, and people can see the beauty long before they can see the scars. Moral of the story, Michael: I ain't going to change a thing on my face, I, and most people, like it just like it is. They love the person behind the face, and the love that I have for all my brothers. I wouldn't change it for the world!
Every face has a person behind it. Get to know the person before you worship the face. People of quality will always come to the top. It doesn't require a knife, it requires a mind!
The pictures of the
and after of JW are as horrible as the before and after MJ photos. Both are suffering from this weird syndromewhere they saw ugliness in the mirror when most would have seen at least average good looks. I think it's called Body Image Distortion Syndrome (not sure); it's fairly common but most don't have the economic resources to destroy their faces like JW and MJ did.
LOL! He's not so much a nasal cripple as he is a moral cripple. He ought to be in jail for child molestation, and those poor kids ought to be taken away from him. Anybody really believe they're his biological children? The one he dangled over the balcony has very white skin. I think he bought them.
