Question Freepers: Why hasn't the argument that this isn't a pre-emptive attack worked more effectively for the administration, indeed, why isn't it stated more often? When Saddam surrendered in '91 it was condition in certain precepts and UN resolutions - all of which he's repeatedly violated. If Germany had done what Iraq has done we'd have gone back in and bombed them into oblivion. Anyway - anyone have any ideas about this?
