I agree - the no moon theory isn't sound (IMO). Someone was responding to me they thought it would happen during the no moon phase. I disagreed then and disagree now. I think surprise is more important. Heck - if we can get away with it - start it in broad daylight.

Drudge needs to update this story soon.
Lately he's had a lot of "DEVELOPING" stories that turned out to be garbage. Or just disappeared.
