So now we do not have freedom to exercise our religious beliefs, or freedom of speech in this country, unless it's infront of congress?

In case you missed it in the article, the Dept. of Defense protocol says if a family has a religious preference it's acceptable to say "God Bless you". Guess you missed that part as well.
