Making Saddam out to be like Michael Jackson is truly hilarious. Well done from Steyn.

This reads like one of JohnHuang2's essays of mistaken identity. Steyn is great.

If anyone deserves this treatment, it's Antony Wedgewood Benn.
I was in Cambridge for a year back when he was in power. A very pleasant year, with the sole drawback being the daily news on the political front.

A civil servant who worked with Benn was once asked what was motivating Benn to make a particular decision.
"The minister," the civil servant replied, "is stark, raving mad."
And that's all you need to know about Benn.

Too funny! Now let's start the war already ... I've got a full gas tank. The last war with Saddam didn't even last one tank of gas, I might add!

LOL Steyn is just the best.

Saddam bit his lip as he continued. "I feel such a fool. He's made me a laughing stock. He's destroyed my credibility." Destroyed Saddam's "credibility"?
This would be funny if it wasn't so sad.

The lifelong socialist also admitted that the Iraqi President had dangled him over the balcony but said it was only to give him a better view of the snake pit, especially of the unusual one with two heads and a yellowish glow.

But, although most critics denounced the programme as "unduly non-intrusive", longtime cultural observer and French President Jacques Chirac said he thought it had been a "model of a successful interview". "It was respectful, it was dignified," he said. "If I have one criticism, it is that I myself would have insisted on perhaps just un soupon more fawning. But, as I told Monsieur Saddam, I should be so lucky.A FROG-BARF Bump!
