If anyone deserves this treatment, it's Antony Wedgewood Benn.

I was in Cambridge for a year back when he was in power. A very pleasant year, with the sole drawback being the daily news on the political front.

"The minister," the civil servant replied, "is stark, raving mad."

And that's all you need to know about Benn.
