If you can hold your nose long enough, look at democraticunderground.com

I WARN YOU -- there are passing reference from time to time here, since it is where evil dwells. If you quote from them or worse, cross-post, your post will get killed.

Generally speaking, we don't care about what those self-hating leftist socialist clowns have to say, but some folks check it out just to keep an eye on the enemy.

If you were to present that list to the DU (don't) they would all fall over themselves with general denials -- no facts or even honest debate, just denials.

*Tax cuts

Oh Gog, no.......what would I ever do with a tax cut?!........the horror.

*Roll backs or freezes on "overly restrictive" environmental regulations

Which means no oil drilling here, there, everywhere in America. Although it could be done in such a manner as to protect wildlife, and the human race. Although I think the latter bothers you.

*Vows to up military spending

Where can I contribute? Can I sign my name on the bomb that hits Hussein's palace (at least one of the poor, downtrodden dictators palaces?)

*Ending funding for overseas health services that do abortion counseling

Why should I be forced to fund Planned Parenthood's agenda? Overseas, especially?

*Missile Defense plans

In light of North Korea's recent attempted blackmail attempts, I'd say Kim Jong presents a great case for missile defense. Eloquent, as a matter of fact.

I love the latest attacks from the Rats. The President has a policy of 'designed neglect' towards Korea (Barbara Boxer)...........Really?.........I say we hit the 'designing' board quickly to develop systems that may put a huge dent in blackmail attempts, such as those from Kim Jong. Oh wait, the President has been pushing that for some time now, hasn't he?

So much for designed neglect.

Want to know what Clinton did to President Bush and the US on the way out the door? It's far worse than the pardons, theft and vandalism that the press chose to report. Clinton waited until the day after the electoral college elected President George Bush to go to the UN and demand new, tougher sanctions on the Taliban if they didn't hand over Osama Bin Laden in 30 days. The UN (and the Clinton Admin.) knew that the Taliban would react in anger - and pulled their own people out of Afghanistan the same day they issues the threat. Guess when that 30-day grace period expired? Yes. President Bush's inaugeration day.

One morning at the nub end of Bill Clinton's presidency, Clinton chief of staff John Podesta walked into a senior staff meeting in the Roosevelt Room waving a copy of USA Today. Holding the paper aloft, Podesta read the headline out loud, "Clinton actions annoy Bush." The article detailed the new rules and Executive Orders the outgoing President was issuing in his final days, actions aimed in equal measure at locking in Clinton's legacy (in areas like environmental protection) and bedeviling his successor. "What's Bush so annoyed about?" Podesta asked with a devilish smile. "He's got four years to try to undo all the stuff we've done."
Link.

"We laid a few traps," chirps a happy Clinton aide.....

I often find myself wishing that President Reagan (God wish him well, and Happy Birthday) were able to give his opinions on current matters of import.

Me too. That missile defense system would probably be much further along.

GHWB uttered not one word on the "liars" policies in 8 years! In fact when ask by reporters about something the "liar" said about his son, He said " I have not commented about Clinton for 8 yrs, but he is trying my patience now"
What is the example of treason for GHWB?

*Pulls out of Kyoto Protocol

A "treaty" whose sole design is to limit United States industrial potential. A lack of which constitutes a great handicap in the event of war.

Korea is a terrorist nation..........maybe you saw it on TV. "Give us this, that, or the other. We reserve the right to launch preemptive strikes, we'll do this, that or the other. We have restarted our nuclear program. Give us food to prop up our sick, evil, twisted regime, or we'll........."

I don't think you would like what Reagan would have to say about such things.

*Seeks smart sanctions against Iraq

.......and here again reisei, I'll ask again. Please tell me what 'smart sanctions' we can institute against Iraq. I'd love to hear your plan.

I'd like your opinion on something. What do you think about Kim Jong's latest threats against the United States?................preemptive strikes against a country who has the capability of turning North Korea into an uninhabitable part of the earth for the next 10,000 years. Don't these folks strike you as foolhardy?

So you believe that pushing for NMD alone was paying sufficient attention to the terrorist threat?

Of course not.....but I certainly wouldn't call it 'designed neglect', as certain traitors in our government would call them.

However, I get the feeling that the Bush administration has been quite busy dealing with the foreign policy fallout generated by our esteemed x42..........

Things are being 'reorganized' I'm sure.

What do you say about post 67? Does it make you proud?

It should give you pause, about the previous Adm.
