The thing that bothers me the most is that the construction companies that hire Mexicans (legal and illegal)don't let whites or blacks work on the crew - they are exclusively Mexican. All other companies the government is on their back if they don't have a mix. What's with this? Isn't this racism?

In my area with few illegals yet construction crews are mostly staffed with locals. I don't know how anyone who says illegals do the jobs "no one wants to do" can say that with a straight face. There's obviously an agenda that has nothing to do with meeting employee shortages.

It is most assuredly discrimination. And it should be actionable discrimination. Imagine the swarms of EEOC investigators if the employees were all white.

But they don't do that when the discrimination is against white (or even black) Americans. Equal Protection under the law...right.
