Four Cuban coast guardsman defected Friday, docking their patrol boat at a Key West resort, walking into town and surrendering to a police officer, authorities said.

The weather sounds great, and I've been there in November when it was beautiful. All of California isn't bad, just a lot of the people. Its a beautiful state.
