Do you? The line of logic is pretty simple:

• We live in a country in which there is a 'Constitution' which grants certain, specific powers to the fed gov.

• That 'Constitution' does not grant the power to regulate drugs to the fed gov.

• Therefore, any federal laws regulating drugs are unconstitutional.

It's pretty simple and straightforward. Drug laws are up to the states, period.
