Well he does have a point. There are people in this country and in our government right now that have more (unfounded) hatred for Pres. Bush than they do the 9/11 hi-jackers, UBL and Saddam combined. That is something that should frighten everyone.

The same leftists who villainize Ashcroft, Bush, and the rest of the cabinet supported Bubba and Reno when tanks were sent into a confrontation in America over firearms sales and pointed a rifle in the closet at a man holding his nephew in his arms in a custody dispute to send a child to a dictatorship (where the father has now been rewarded with an "elected" but unopposed government position).

I don't let the left's outrage at anything scare me. The Rats in office stood in opposition to seeing the economy imrove because it would worsen their (re)election chances. The left stands as obstructionists; not because they fear that America would fall down a slippery slope to destruction but because it wouldn't be politically smart to let "the other side win". The same behavior is why they ignored Bubba's various transgressions; if Clinton had been hounded out of office then his critics "would have won".

Also note that of the other personalities that I've heard on 950AM (besides Rush Limbaugh) he is the only one who seems to hold to his convictions. I don't oppose Mike Savage, he just isn't something I care to listen to much (I can listen to his show though).

The host that is on before him is the guy who has the fake guests (who's voices he provides). The whole point of that show is to outrage the audience at what they mistakenly believe is some idiot taking some odd position. Again, a lot of outrage and shock without getting anywhere.

I can handle Howard Stern (the radio shows I've heard seem a lot unlike what I saw on E! when I had cable). He is not on the radio here locally so I've rarely caught his show (generally only an hour or 3). What I admire about Howard Stern is that he runs for 40 minutes without a commercial break it seems. Commercials and news seem to be blocked at the top of the hour. He'll conduct an interview but he doesn't approach the guests the same way. His political discussions rarely make it to E!. There's times where I don't listen to any talk radio because the show has a guest host, an interview guest, or some other topic that is of absolutely no concern to me (remote broadcasts generally aren't as good of programs). I do listen to music on radio at times too.
