I don't know how close we are to war in days, but my impression from President Bush's words and body language was that, as far as any extenal events changing our mind, we are at war and Saddam better start running for cover now. As he was saying we would welcome a further UN Security Council resolution, he was shruging and doing that side-mouth squint thing he does.
